Entrepreneurial Tip #3 : Have a plan for business data storage

business data storageDo you have a plan for your business data storage? If not, get one!

The worst thing to happen to your business is a computer crash.  Losing your client lists, your files, accounting and bank account information can grind your company to a halt. Don’t lose your stuff!

Make sure you schedule frequent backup of your computer data and have those files stored in a secure area.

There are many online cloud backup companies where, for a nominal fee, your files are automatically sent to the cloud and encrypted for security protection.  From there you can access or restore your files so you know you will never lose them.  And with the cloud technology, you can access your files from anywhere so you do not have to be tied to one computer. A huge benefit if your business is on the go.
