Do You Show Your Client Appreciation?

for YOUR CONFIDENCE IN OUR SERVICESShowing your client appreciation is a nice thing to do but it is also a great way to keep your client loyal to you.

Our last post was a reminder for attorneys thank their referral sources. You can read that post here. In this post, we continue our theme of gratitude by recommending that attorneys always thank their clients.  Once your representation on a matter has ended, it is a great idea to send a thank you letter that both thanks them and also gently reminds them to recommend your services to others.

We wish to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to represent you with your matter.

Hopefully, this matter has been concluded to your satisfaction. Please provide use with any feedback that would help us improve our services.

Our best customers come from our past clients. If you know of someone who may need our services, please have them contact us for a free initial consultation.

Thank you, again, for allowing us to represent you in this matter. If we can be of further assistance on this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

It is also a good idea to mention in the letter what files or documents you may be retaining and what files or documents you are giving them. Also remind them if any follow-up on this matter is required on their part.  Keep a copy of this letter in your files, especially if your client is keeping any original documents.  Your clients will appreciate the thank you!
